Diocese in Europe
Currently we are unable to hold services in our two churches, which remain closed. Instead we are holding a live-streamed Eucharist as from 9:25 am every Sunday, conducted by our Locum Chaplain, the Reverend Ian Eglin.  For the Sunday Service, resources are available to accompany it. Click on the “Weekly Notices” button (see above) and then on the Resources link in the Notices. But why not subscribe to our emails (see button above) to receive all the Chaplaincy communications direct to your Inbox, including the Notices?

About Us The Anglican Church of St George and St Paul, Lisbon, is made up of two English- speaking churches (St. George’s, Lisbon and St. Paul’s, Estoril), and a congregation meeting in Caldas da Rainha. Its mission is to serve the English-speaking community of the Greater Lisbon metropolitan area by providing them with opportunities for Christian life and worship in English. Our Chaplaincy is within the Church of England’s Diocese in Europe, and, as such, forms part of the Anglican Communion. It has served the people of the Lisbon area for over 350 years. Whether you are resident in Portugal or a visitor, we look forward to meeting you. Come as you are. Our Saviour met the people of His day exactly as they lived. We do all we can to make everyone feel welcome, whatever their age, nationality or Christian tradition. The Anglican Church of St George and St Paul subscribes to the Diocesan Safeguarding Policy.
